PPC manager

Overview

Nextech Group Limited is hiring a PPC Manager for a growing digital agency near High Wycombe. The role is full-time, hybrid (2–3 days in the High Wycombe office) and focused on leading paid media campaigns for a diverse client base, including retail, e-commerce, technology, healthcare, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs, and implement strategies to improve ROI.
• Produce client-facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with account managers and designers to align campaigns with client strategy.
• Stay up to date with paid media trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.

About You

• 2+ years’ PPC experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools.
• Experience managing campaigns for retail, e-commerce, healthcare, or B2B clients is preferred.
• Paid social campaign experience (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads) is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills to present results and recommendations to clients.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
