This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes paid media and wants to hone their skills across Google Ads and Meta Ads, working hands-on across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be joining a collaborative, data-driven team passionate about delivering high-impact digital campaigns and exceptional client results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Conduct keyword and audience research, audience segmentation & targeting
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
- Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximise ROAS and CPA targets
- Develop and test ad creatives, messaging, and landing page approaches
- Produce clear performance reports and deliver insights to internal teams and clients
- Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices
Skills & Experience Required
- 1–3 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimisation techniques & analytics
- Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and communicate next steps clearly
- Experience using Google Analytics / GA4 & Meta Ads reporting
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
