Sales Development Representative - Newcastle
- Full time role - Up to £28,000 salary + £30K OTE per annum
- Hybrid remote work available
We're growing our revenue team and looking for a sharp, resilient SDR who wants more than a script and a dial pad. You'll drive outbound prospecting, book demos, support quotes and proposals, and help shape the playbook for how we sell, with a clear path to leading and growing the team you help build.
What you'll do:
- Work targeted call lists with pace and purpose, hitting daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Research accounts, personalise outreach, and qualify prospects that matter
- Book demos, support proposals, and keep the CRM sharp and clean
- Feed insights back to shape messaging, campaigns and process
- Within 6 months, help recruit, train and mentor a second SDR
What you'll bring:
- 2–3 years in B2B sales development, outbound or lead gen
- A track record of hitting targets and staying sharp under volume
- Confidence on the phone, opening conversations, handling objections, creating urgency
- CRM discipline and an eye for clean data
- Hunger to grow into a player-coach role as the team scales
- Healthcare SaaS experience is a bonus, not a must
