A growing technology company in the SaaS space is looking for a UX / UI Product Designer to take full ownership of the product experience. This is a fast-paced scale-up environment with a major 2025 roadmap focused on improving user journeys, building a design system, and introducing AI-driven workflows. You will work autonomously and move quickly, collaborating closely with product and engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Design and optimise key B2B workflows (e.g. dashboard, analytics, alerts)
- Create journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
- Run user research and usability testing with enterprise customers
- Iterate based on data and feedback (analytics + qualitative insights)
- Work closely with product and engineering to deliver pixel-perfect UI
You’ll need:
- 4+ years’ experience designing complex B2B SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process and shipped work
- Excellent UX research skills (interviews, testing, heuristic reviews)
- Expert in Figma (or equivalent) and prototyping
- Experience working with design systems and React teams
- Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design
- Strong written communication and async working style
Nice to have:
- Experience with feedback, survey or analytics platforms
- Familiarity with component libraries (Storybook, MUI, Chakra, etc.)
- Motion design experience (Framer Motion, Lottie)
- Basic HTML/CSS
