We’re working on behalf of a leading client in Oxford to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager for a newly created and pivotal role. This is a broad, generalist position ideal for a hands-on marketer who can balance day-to-day campaign delivery with strategic thinking.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, strengthening brand presence, and supporting the commercial growth of high-value services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, and events
  • Oversee the marketing budget and measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Maintain and evolve consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines, track results, and support sales conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing activity and business goals
  • Drive campaigns supporting high-ticket or high-value offerings
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong background in a generalist B2B marketing role, with proven experience in lead generation
  • B2C experience
  • Track record of managing successful end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Experience in marketing high-value services or products is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is essential
  • Commercially focused with strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable in a hybrid working setup, with 2–3 days a week in the Oxford office
