We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, full-service marketing agency based in Birmingham, looking for a confident and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and detail-driven marketer with strong client-facing skills and a background in digital marketing and eCommerce. You’ll take the lead on a portfolio of retainer-based clients, managing campaigns from brief to delivery and ensuring exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across content, email, paid, and social
- Write clear, engaging copy that reflects client tone and delivers impact
