Customer Success Associate – Fast-Growth AI Start-up
Central London (4-days on-site) | Graduate – 3 Years’ Experience
Salary £40-70k (DOE)
Are you ambitious, switched‑on and looking to build your career in AI and technology ?
We’re working with an exciting, fast‑growing AI start‑up looking for bright, hungry and driven people to join its Customer Success team.
You’ll work closely with customers from day one, helping them successfully use the platform and get real value from the technology.
What you’ll be doing:
- Onboarding new customers and supporting implementation
- Helping clients get the most from the platform
- Supporting integrations and troubleshooting issues
- Building strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Gathering feedback and working closely with the wider team
- Driving customer adoption, retention and growth
What they’re looking for:
- Strong academic background, ideally Russell Group
- Graduate through to around 2–3 years’ experience
- Hungry, ambitious and genuinely driven to succeed
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Commercially minded and quick to learn
- Excited by AI, technology and start‑up environments
- Comfortable working at pace and taking ownership
Previous Customer Success experience isn’t essential. They’re looking for potential, attitude and ambition.
