The Opportunity
We are a well-established and growing Managed Print Services (MPS) business, supported by a sister IT Managed Services (MSP) company, delivering end-to-end workplace technology solutions to SMEs and mid-market organisations. We are now seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead, scale, and unify our sales strategy across both businesses. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for revenue growth, sales performance, and go-to-market execution.
The Role
- Own and deliver the sales strategy across Managed Print and IT Managed Services
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary sales team across both businesses
- Drive new business acquisition while strengthening key client and partner relationships
- Align sales activity with marketing, service delivery, and leadership teams
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Play a key role in pricing strategy, proposition development, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives
- Be a visible leader with a regular office presence across our Surrey locations
About You
- You will be a proven sales leader with significant experience in both Managed Print Services and IT Managed Services (MSP) - this is essential
- A strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrable success driving sustained revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capability
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence operating at board and senior leadership level
- Willingness and ability to be office-based across multiple Surrey sites
