About the Role As a Senior IT Technician, you'll work closely with management to onboard new clients, handle the more complex support requests, and act as the link between the helpdesk and new client partnerships. You'll lead onboarding projects end to end, from the first site visit through to system migrations, making sure every client transition is smooth, properly documented and fully supported. It's a visible, client-facing role that'll suit someone who likes taking ownership, enjoys getting stuck into technical problems, and brings a confident, consultative approach to the people side as well as the tech. Key Responsibilities * Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients * Acting as an escalation point for complex 3rd line issues * Carrying out on-site client audits and technical assessments * Supporting the helpdesk with advanced troubleshooting and mentoring * Managing and monitoring client infrastructure across cloud and on-prem * Documenting systems, processes and technical insight for the wider team * Coordinating connectivity and VoIP setups with third-party providers * Contributing to process and policy improvements with a security-first mindset Key Skills
