We are recruiting for a growing MSP looking for a hands-on IT Field Engineer with previous networking experience. This is a network-focused role, supporting customers with installations, technical projects and day-to-day IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and support Cisco and Fortinet routers, switches and firewalls.
- Assist with network infrastructure projects and installations.
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to customers.
- Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and Hyper-V environments.
- Troubleshoot network, server, hardware and software issues.
- Work directly with customers and the wider IT/project teams.
About You
- Previous experience in IT Support, Networking or Field Engineering.
- Good understanding of networking, ideally with Cisco and/or Fortinet experience.
- Some experience with Windows Server, Azure, M365 and/or Hyper-V.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Comfortable travelling to customer sites.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- MSP experience is desirable but not essential.
