We are looking for an organised and technically capable Service Desk Engineer to support the delivery of end-user devices, accounts, and software across a varied client base. This role sits within a busy service desk function and focuses on endpoint build, user setup, and provisioning activities.
You will be responsible for preparing and deploying Windows workstations, configuring user access, and ensuring new starters and device rollouts are completed accurately and in line with agreed standards. The role involves working with modern Microsoft technologies and supporting multiple customer environments, each with defined processes and asset controls.
Given the nature of our client base, this position requires a methodical approach, strong documentation habits, and a commitment to quality. You will also be encouraged to identify opportunities to streamline and improve provisioning and deployment processes. This is a customer-facing role where clear communication and professionalism are essential, including interaction with end users and senior client contacts.

Technical Skills & Experience
- Practical experience deploying Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Configuration of deployment profiles, device policies, and hardware registration
- Endpoint compliance, security settings, and remote device management
- User account setup and lifecycle management within Microsoft 365
- Troubleshooting and administration of Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Familiarity with Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication
- Background in service desk support or device rollout roles (around 3+ years preferred)
- Experience supporting multiple tenants or customers concurrently
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation
- Comfortable working with standardised builds and SLA-driven processes
