I’m currently working with a growing FMCG/wellness brand looking to hire an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of onsite performance, conversion and ecommerce trading. This is a hands-on and commercially focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys full ownership of ecommerce performance and driving measurable growth through data, CRO and customer journey optimisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with the brand online and directly influence revenue performance across all digital channels.
- Own day-to-day ecommerce performance across the Shopify website.
- Monitor and improve conversion rate, AOV and overall customer journey performance.
- Manage onsite trading activity, including merchandising, promotions and campaign launches.
- Identify drop-off points across the funnel and implement CRO testing across PLPs, PDPs and checkout.
- Manage and optimise performance marketing activity, including Google Ads campaigns (paid search, shopping and display).
- Own reporting and analytics across all ecommerce and marketing channels, providing clear insights into performance, revenue and conversion trends.
- Use analytics, customer behaviour and performance data to drive commercial decisions and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, product and tech teams to improve overall site and campaign performance.
- Ensure the website is aligned with stock availability, commercial priorities and trading calendar.
Previous hands-on Shopify ecommerce experience is required, along with a strong CRO and A/B testing background with a test-and-learn mindset. Experience managing or working closely with Google Ads/paid search performance campaigns is essential, as well as experience with Klaviyo and email marketing integration. A strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to decision making is necessary, along with a background in ecommerce, retail, DTC or consumer-facing brands. Strong attention to detail with a focus on performance and optimisation is also important.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who wants full ownership of ecommerce performance within a fast-growing brand and enjoys making a visible commercial impact through optimisation, testing, trading decisions and performance marketing.
