This role puts you at the heart of digital growth for a portfolio of mobile apps, giving you full ownership of campaigns and app store optimisation. You'll be the person who turns data into action, experiments with creative ideas, and directly influences user growth, engagement, and retention.
Your Mission
- Lead end-to-end user acquisition campaigns across paid channels (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and beyond)
- Optimise app store listings to improve visibility and conversion
- Run tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages, turning insights into action
- Monitor key metrics like CPI, CPA, and ROAS, and make recommendations to improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product updates and launches
- Translate analytics into actionable creative and media strategies
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
Essential:
- 2 years in Growth Marketing or User Acquisition for mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with: Apple Search Ads, Google Ads / UAC campaigns, App Store Connect & Google Play Console
- Solid experience in App Store Optimisation (ASO)
- Analytics experience (e.g., Firebase or equivalent)
- Ability to turn data into creative, high-performing campaigns
- Full UK driving licence
