About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Admin Support professional to provide high-quality administrative support to senior leadership while supporting the effective day-to-day running of the business. This is an office-based role, with occasional travel to other locations across the UK as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior Leadership Support
- Manage diaries, schedules, and priorities for senior leadership
- Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agendas and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Arrange travel and logistics
- Support inbox management and stakeholder communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Maintain records, trackers, and filing systems
- Prepare and format documentation to a high standard
- Act as a central point of contact for administrative queries
- Support day-to-day business operations across teams
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with onboarding administration
- Support compliance and audit-related activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide flexible support as business needs evolve
Requirements:
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Desirable:
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Project Management skills or qualifications
- Experience in a compliance or regulated environment
- Familiarity with document control or governance processes
Additional Information
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
- Willingness to travel to various UK locations
- Must be eligible to undergo security vetting (DBS, NPPV Level 3, HMPPS clearance)
