About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Admin Support professional to provide high-quality administrative support to senior leadership while supporting the effective day-to-day running of the business. This is an office-based role, with occasional travel to other locations across the UK as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Senior Leadership Support
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and priorities for senior leadership
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agendas and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Support inbox management and stakeholder communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    • Maintain records, trackers, and filing systems
    • Prepare and format documentation to a high standard
    • Act as a central point of contact for administrative queries
    • Support day-to-day business operations across teams
    • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Business & Compliance Support
    • Assist with onboarding administration
    • Support compliance and audit-related activities
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
    • Provide flexible support as business needs evolve

    Requirements:

    Essential:

    • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

    Desirable:

    • Experience supporting senior leadership
    • Project Management skills or qualifications
    • Experience in a compliance or regulated environment
    • Familiarity with document control or governance processes

    Additional Information

    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
    • Willingness to travel to various UK locations
    • Must be eligible to undergo security vetting (DBS, NPPV Level 3, HMPPS clearance)
