About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious E-commerce Account Executive to play a key role in the delivery and ongoing management of website projects and client retainers.
This role suits someone with a solid background in web and e-commerce platforms (particularly Shopify), strong organisational skills, and a passion for driving client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee delivery of web and e-commerce projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues.
- Manage ongoing client retainers and ensure deliverables are consistently met.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value for clients.
- Track and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals.
- Provide updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to support growth.
- Work closely with design, development, and digital marketing teams.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, aligning stakeholders on goals and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web and e-commerce.
- Provide guidance on website performance, UX/UI optimisation, and platform functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce, account management, or web project management.
