Job Title: Mid-weight Digital Designer
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid 3-days in office)
Salary: Up to £30k
One of my best clients, a fast-growing creative agency, is looking for a Digital Designer to deliver high-performing, on-brand creative across websites, mobile, email, paid ads, and social content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital experiences – from ecommerce websites to mobile interfaces – with a focus on UX, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Create performance-driven creative for paid ads, social content, and CRM/email campaigns
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively
- Contribute to design systems and scalable frameworks
- Support content creation across presentations, social assets, and campaigns
- Get involved in visual identity and brand projects where needed
What They\’re Looking For
- 2+ years in digital/UI/UX design (agency or ecommerce experience preferred)
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design and marketing creative
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects a bonus)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and ecommerce UX
- Experience designing for paid social and email campaigns
- Strong organisational skills and confidence presenting ideas
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- A/B testing or CRO knowledge
- Animation/motion graphics experience
- Exposure to brand systems
