Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, creative marketing agency based in Birmingham, who are looking to add a talented Creative Marketing Executive to their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on generating fresh ideas, producing compelling content, and bringing brands to life across multiple digital channels. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to split your time between remote working and a vibrant Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for a variety of digital platforms including social media, blogs, email marketing and websites
  • Manage and grow client social media accounts, maintaining tone of voice and visual identity
  • Write clear, creative, and on-brand copy for campaigns and marketing materials
  • Support with video content creation and editing (experience desirable but not essential)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and deliver marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media developments, and emerging platforms

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing content creation, social media campaigns and copywriting
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working across multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a creative mindset
  • Experience with video editing tools, Canva or Adobe Suite is a bonus
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and SEO basics is a plus
