An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Paid Media Marketer to join a growing and collaborative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on existing paid media experience within a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Reporting into the Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising paid media campaigns across a range of digital channels including Google Ads (Search & Display), Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance-driven platforms.
The focus of the role is to drive performance, maximise ROI, and support wider digital marketing objectives through data-led decision making and continuous optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn
- Monitoring performance and delivering clear, actionable insights
- Supporting lead generation, traffic growth and revenue targets
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to share ideas, feedback and best practice
- Analysing campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Contributing to wider digital marketing strategy and ongoing optimisation
- Previous experience in paid media or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social and display advertising
- Confident analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
