The Role
As a Paid Search Specialist, you'll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to drive performance, maximise ROI, and deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Create and test ad copy and extensions
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment
- Produce regular performance reports for clients
- Stay up to date with PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
- 1-3+ years' experience in paid search / PPC
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising is a plus
- Confident with data analysis and performance optimisation
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
