We are looking for an experienced IT Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-moving technology distribution and commercial IT environment. This role owns the execution of purchasing, demand planning, logistics coordination, and stock performance across a broad IT product portfolio. You will ensure supply chain activity is tightly aligned to sales demand, vendor programmes, margin objectives, and working capital controls.
Operating at the centre of Sales, Vendor Management, Finance, and Operations, this role is critical in enabling profitable growth, supply continuity, and commercial agility in a highly competitive IT market.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain & Procurement Leadership
- Lead all supply chain activities including purchasing, stock planning, and operational buying across IT hardware, software, and vendor portfolios.
- Translate commercial forecasts and vendor strategies into accurate procurement and replenishment plans.
- Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Partner closely with Sales, Vendor Management, and Product teams to create accurate demand forecasts by vendor, product category, and customer segment.
- Vendor & Distributor Management
- Act as the operational counterpart to Vendor Management, ensuring supply execution supports commercial and vendor objectives.
- Manage distributor relationships with a focus on pricing accuracy, delivery performance, rebate validation, and service levels.
- Governance, Reporting & Risk
- Maintain compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and internal governance policies.
- Produce regular reporting on stock health, aged inventory, supplier SLAs, rebates, and efficiency metrics.
- Proven experience in IT supply chain management, procurement, or commercial operations within a technology distributor, reseller, MSP, or vendor environment.
- Strong understanding of IT vendor frameworks, channel models, rebates, lifecycle management, and distribution dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Vendor Management.
- Strong analytical and commercial capability, with experience optimising stock, forecasting demand, and managing working capital.
- Track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Experience working with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and supply chain best practices.
- Commercially astute with strong financial discipline.
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused.

- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
