This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping to plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns across major platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
What You'll Be Doing- Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitoring performance and making data-driven recommendations
- Creating campaign reports and presenting insights to internal teams and clients
- Supporting strategy development and campaign planning
- Keeping up to date with platform updates, trends and best practices
- Collaborating with creative, content and wider digital teams
- Previous experience in paid social advertising, either agency-side or in-house
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing
- Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
- Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the Birmingham office)
