On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Mid-Level Social Media Content Creator to join a Birmingham-based agency on a hybrid basis, starting January 2026 (or as close to this date as possible). This role is ideal for a hands-on content creator who can confidently plan, shoot, edit and deliver high-quality social content while supporting strategy and performance across a variety of clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality static social assets and engaging short-form video content
- Plan, shoot and edit content using iPhone and DSLR equipment, ensuring correct framing, levelling and ratios
- Schedule content in line with platform best practices
- Support the development of social media strategies, including content pillars
- Research client industries and audiences to inform content and strategy
- Monitor and interpret social media analytics, using insights to optimise future content
- Demonstrate previous success in organic social media management
- Work independently and collaboratively within an agency environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an agency setting
- Strong working knowledge of:
- CapCut
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Asana
- Monday.com
- Social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Rella or similar
- A proactive self-starter with strong initiative
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident in an agency environment
- Driving licence beneficial but not essential
- £30,000 salary
