About the Role
I'm looking to speak with commercially driven Digital Trading / Online Trading Executives for an upcoming role within a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a merchandising, category management, or buying background who understands commercial decision-making, negotiation, and P&L ownership, and is ready to apply these skills in a digital trading environment.
You will take ownership of online trading performance across key product categories, ensuring the right products are promoted in the right way, at the right time, to maximise revenue and margin.
Key Responsibilities
- Own digital trading performance across assigned categories, focusing on revenue, margin, and conversion
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Manage onsite content, product visibility, and merchandising across the website
- Use data and insight to inform trading decisions, optimise promotions, and identify opportunities
- Support SEO and CRO initiatives to improve traffic quality and onsite performance
- Monitor trends and react quickly to optimise results
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, and wider commercial teams
About You
- 1-2+ years' experience in a commercial, trading, merchandising, category, or buying role
- Strong commercial mindset, comfortable with P&L, margin, pricing, or trade decisions
- Confident working with data, metrics, and performance reports
- Experience collaborating with CRM, marketing, or digital teams
- Understanding of online trading, digital merchandising, SEO, CRO, or eCommerce performance (hands-on or adjacent)
- Proactive, analytical, and able to make fast, informed decisions
Salary & Benefits
£30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience, negotiable)
