1st Line IT Support Technician

About Us
Our client is a growing IT managed services business providing IT and infrastructure solutions to a range of customers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line IT Support Technician to join the team and provide day-to-day technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line technical support via telephone, email and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and Windows issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
- Assist with basic Active Directory and networking issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops and peripherals.
- Manage and update support tickets.
- Escalate more complex issues to 2nd Line.
- Provide excellent customer service.
About You
We are open to entry-level candidates and those with some previous IT support experience or a foundation in IT.
You should have:
- An interest in developing a career in IT.
- Basic Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Good general computer and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred.
