We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to build and scale a global B2B revenue engine, owning the Go-To-Market strategy, multi-geo expansion, pipeline performance, and the development of a high-performing sales team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy across priority regions, driving new business acquisition, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market strategy & multi-geo expansion: Building and continuously refining a clear GTM roadmap for priority regions, including ICP definition, segmentation, sales motion, and partner strategy; Continuously realigning sales execution based on performance, including stop-loss governance.
- Revenue growth & deal execution: Generating new leads and establishing strategic partnerships through proactive outreach, networking, and ongoing communication; Leading customer meetings, delivering compelling product presentations/demos, and running negotiations through to signature; Building, maintaining, and optimising customer and prospect databases to support long-term performance and retention.
- Sales leadership & team performance: Building and scaling a high-performing sales function: hiring plan, enablement, coaching routines, and a culture of accountability and improvement; Setting and adjusting performance metrics for the sales team, tracking progress, and ensuring targets are met.
- Sales operations, forecasting & reporting: Owning CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting cadence; Tracking performance, analysing sales activity, and compiling weekly/monthly reports highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
- Cross-functional alignment & market presence: Building effective cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Account Management, Ops, and leadership to ensure a cohesive commercial approach; Representing the company at industry conferences and exhibitions, organising participation, and ensuring commercial outcomes from event activity; Participating in interviews, live speaking engagements, collaborating with PR, and leveraging personal business network to support growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles (Senior Sales Manager, VP-level, or similar);
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for a B2B iGaming product;
- Demonstrable experience leading the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across diverse audiences (including C-level stakeholders);
- Strong planning, organisational, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to translate multi-quarter outcomes into near-term milestones;
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel leakage, and improve processes;
- Ownership mindset: proactive, hands-on approach, with accountability for outcomes and execution quality;
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice to secure key deals and represent the company;
- Fluent English (written and verbal);
- CRM ownership and discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent);
- Pipeline analytics and forecasting tools (CRM reporting, BI dashboards, or equivalent);
- Prospecting and outreach tooling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent).
Will be a plus:
- Experience selling multi-geo, where regulations, local market realities, and procurement cycles differ by region;
- Strong public speaking confidence and experience representing a company at events, panels, webinars, and media opportunities;
