Main Purpose of Your Job
As a Nextbase Ambassador within our Customer Support Contact Team, you are the first point of interaction with our customers. Being able to handle our customer queries effectively will require a mix of patience, clarity, problem-solving skills and providing the best product knowledge possible. We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented individual to join our passionate and skilled team as a Customer Ambassador.
