This is a genuine first step into IT, not a tea-making exercise. You'll join our service desk as an apprentice, working towards a recognised IT qualification while learning the trade hands‑on: triaging tickets, setting up laptops and accounts, helping real users at real businesses, and shadowing senior engineers on the interesting stuff. No experience is required. We care about curiosity, reliability and how you treat people; we'll teach you the technology. Plenty of our industry's best engineers started exactly here.
Responsibilities
- Answer and triage service desk calls and tickets with a friendly, professional manner
- Build and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices for client onboarding
- Administer user accounts, mailboxes and permissions under supervision
- Document fixes and keep client records accurate
- Study towards your apprenticeship qualification with dedicated time each week
