Role overview We’re looking for an Account Manager with a focus on social media and content marketing within the B2B space to join our team on Great Portland Street, London.
This role reports to an Account Director and works across a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, including organisations in sustainable chemicals, plastics, and food services.
The position follows a hybrid model, with at least two days per week in the office and the remainder remote within the UK.
As an Account Manager - Social & Content (B2B) at Cubaka, you will: Act as the main contact for clients, understand their goals, and build and maintain long-term relationships through regular interactions and meetings.
Respond to client needs, concerns, and feedback to support overall satisfaction.
Plan and manage integrated content programmes across social, web, email, and paid channels, ensuring alignment across funnel stages and customer touchpoints.
Translate strategy into structured content plans, guide delivery across teams, and support how content contributes to campaigns and experiences.
Understand differences between B2B and B2C client requirements and tailor services accordingly.
Manage delivery of digital and social media projects and retainers, including social creative, paid media activations, blogs, webpages, email content, and influencer activity from start to finish.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver work within agreed timelines and budgets while meeting client expectations.
Identify opportunities to support revenue growth within your client portfolio.
Prepare scopes of work, present budget proposals, and track account finances as projects progress.
Stay up to date with developments in social media and digital marketing.
Work with creators and influencers, managing these relationships to support campaign reach.
Provide insight into social media best practices and share informed perspectives on campaign performance.
You will bring: At least 2.5 years of experience in a client-facing agency role managing social and digital campaigns for recognised B2B brands.
Knowledge of client servicing, including relationship management, expectation setting, and day-to-day correspondence.
Experience managing timelines, estimates, budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
Experience managing B2B accounts and interest in working within these sectors.
Knowledge of social and digital marketing within the B2B space.
