About the role
We are looking for a Workflow Information Analyst to join the team and be responsible for managing the flow of work to forward picking locations from high bay stock. The Workflow Analyst will be responsible for the daily planning and forecasting of volumes, equating this to the required resources and accurately releasing work in line with daily planners. You will complete daily operational planners and monitor the daily plan ensuring time‑critical stock release and movement. Reporting into a Workflow Assistant Site Manager, you will communicate any analysis and evaluation to them to enable operational managers to plan and make decisions based on current data. Using web and mainframe screens, you will be responsible for completing daily and weekly reports in line with agreed deadlines by analysing data and highlighting trends. As a Workflow Analyst, you will support the senior management team to ensure that service levels are met in line with company KPI’s, driving efficiencies across the business.
Who we are looking for
- A team player with excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to prioritise in changing and pressurised situations, with demonstrable problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent PC skills are essential – notably with Excel and Google sheets (including IF’s and Vlookups), Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with mainframe or SCADA systems would be an advantage.
