Join Next as a Team Member (Stock) in Worcester. This part‑time role offers flexible hours and focuses on stock management and customer service.
Shifts: 6 hrs per week; Mon 14:30‑17:30; Sat 14:30‑17:30.
You will work as part of a fast‑paced store team. Your main responsibilities are to locate, pack and process stock quickly and accurately, ensuring it is presented beautifully to customers. When required, you will also support the sales floor with outstanding customer service.
About the Role
- Accurately process stock at high standard – locate, pack and transfer stock in and out of the store.
- Meet deadlines to deliver products to customers on time.
- Keep operational areas clean, tidy and organised.
- Work in all store areas as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
- Collaborate with store team and report to a Coordinator or Manager.
