38.75 hrs per week – Monday to Saturday, 08:45 – 17:15. Flexible working options are available. As Store Manager you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team. You will coach and motivate a high‑performing team, ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve their best performance.
- Create an environment that delivers outstanding service, meets performance targets, and maintains accurate stock processes.
- Take a hands‑on approach to all operational and commercial activities.
- Contribute to the area team, reporting to the Area Manager, by identifying growth opportunities and adding value to the brand.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date communication to support business needs.
