About the Role

As Stock Manager you support the growth of our online business and ensure customers receive the best online experience and service. You manage and motivate a team to meet performance targets, handle returns, and prepare stock for fulfilment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Store Management across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Lead a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment meeting all targets.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team is core to everything.
  • Take a hands‑on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
