Join the Warehouse Team Manager role at Next in Ockendon. Permanent, full-time position with salary at £17.64 per hour (£36,920 per annum) plus applicable shift premiums and bonus. Shift pattern is 4 on-site days with varying weeks as detailed below.

Responsibilities
- Run a team of around 25 Warehouse Operatives to ensure items are accurately selected, packed, and distributed with care for customers.
- Lead and motivate the team, monitor absence, productivity, performance and errors, and keep the team focused to achieve targets and bonuses.
- Make operational decisions independently, drawing on prior management experience in a fast-paced, 24‑hour warehouse environment.
