Hours: 21hrs per week; Mon 15:00‑19:00, Wed 08:30‑16:30, Thu 08:00‑11:00, Fri 08:30‑15:30.

Role Overview: As a Delivery Manager you will lead and inspire a high‑performing team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets in a fast‑paced commercial environment. Your experience in coaching, motivating and managing teams will be essential to success. We offer flexible working options and invest in your personal development from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, ensuring commercial, operationally efficient and safe performance, and meeting targets.
  • Take a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
  • Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems to achieve highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Always strive to keep beautifully presented stock available to customers as soon as possible.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating others and creating a positive working atmosphere.
  • A team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment and can adapt quickly to change while aligning the team on new objectives.
  • Strong communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels, staying calm and approachable under pressure.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, confident decision‑making, challenging processes and generating innovative ideas to drive the business forward.
  • Confident in dealing with people issues.
  • Effective multi‑tasker capable of planning, organising and prioritising the workload.
  • Experience achieving productivity related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
