We\’re looking for a talented and motivated Treasury Analyst to join our busy and collaborative Treasury team, part of the wider Finance department at our Head Office in Enderby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Treasury or Financial Services who\’s ready to build on their expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You will monitor and manage the company\’s foreign exchange exposures, ensuring its currency transactions are efficient and profitable. You will also manage risk and provide financial insights related to FX.
Our Treasury team plays a key role in managing the Group\’s financial risks, including cash management and foreign exchange. You\’ll be working alongside experienced professionals including our Group Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Treasury Manager, Analyst, and Trainee – all committed to driving success and sharing knowledge.
As Treasury Analyst, you\’ll report directly to the Group Treasurer and be actively involved in managing the company\’s financial assets and liabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and reporting the Group\’s foreign exchange (FX) exposures
- Producing weekly FX reports for the Treasury Committee
- Supporting senior team members in analysing data and market trends to help shape hedging strategies
- Monitoring counterparty risk and assisting with daily cash management and forecasting

About you:
To be successful, you\’ll bring:
- Previous experience in Treasury or a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of financial markets and electronic banking platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and sharp analytical thinking
- A positive, proactive attitude with excellent organisational and communication skills
- A relevant degree or professional qualification (or working towards one) in Treasury or Accounting is desirable
