Job Overview: As part of a fast‑paced store team, your primary duty is to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it is presented attractively to our customers. When needed on the sales floor, your customer service skills should shine through.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process stock to the highest standard, including locating, packing and transferring items in and out of the store.
- Meet deadlines to guarantee delivery to customers at the promised time.
- Maintain operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised.
- Work in all areas of the store as required, including the sales floors, to provide fast and friendly service.
- Collaborate with the store team and report to a coordinator or manager.

- Excellent communicator – friendly, calm, efficient and polite, even on busy days.
- Accurate, thorough and well‑organised with strong attention to detail.
