Working as part of a fast‑paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. To be a successful Sales Team Member you will:

  • Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route; candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.

As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment, including a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in‑store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria most closely will be contacted to arrange an initial interview. Applications are not accepted if you have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months.
