Team Member Peak Season (Stock) – Solihull (N99182) – Next
Join to apply for the Team Member Peak Season (Stock) role at Next. This is a temporary, in-store stock role for the busiest season of the year, with flexible hours and a focus on stock processing and customer service.
Shifts
28 hours per week; Mon 08:00 – 14:00; Tue 08:00 – 14:00; Wed 08:00 – 14:00; Thu 08:00 – 14:00; Fri 08:00 – 14:30.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process stock to a high standard – scanning, unpacking, hanging, size-cubing, and putting stock away
- Locate, pack, and promptly transfer stock in and out of the store
- Replenish the sales floor to ensure it is always fully stocked and looking great
- Meet deadlines to deliver on time for customers
- Keep stockrooms and other operational areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Support across all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floor
- Offer fast, friendly service at all times, helping customers find exactly what they need
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and managers
- Take ownership of your own development and learning
