Team Member Peak Season (Stock) – Inverness Eastgate
Join Next’s busiest season and contribute to a fast‑paced retail environment. This is a temporary, part‑time role supporting the store from the lead‑up to Christmas through to the End of Season Winter Sale.
Hours and Shift Details
12 hours per week – Tuesday 10:00–14:00, Thursday 10:00–14:00, Friday 10:00–14:00. Flexible scheduling is available to meet store demand.
About the Role
You will work as part of the in‑store stock team, performing a range of tasks to keep the store fully stocked and looking great.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process stock to a high standard – scanning, unpacking, hanging, size‑cubing and putting stock away.
- Locate, pack and promptly transfer stock in and out of the store.
- Replenish the sales floor to ensure it is always fully stocked and looking great.
- Meet deadlines to deliver on time for customers.
- Keep stockrooms and other operational areas clean, tidy and well‑organised.
- Support across all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floor.
- Offer fast, friendly service at all times, helping customers find exactly what they need.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and managers.
- Take ownership of your own development and learning.
