Overview
Team Member Peak Season (Stock) – Bridgwater (N103556)
We are hiring temporary and flexible in-store stock team members to support our store during the lead-up to Christmas through to the End of Season Winter Sale. This role involves fast-paced, hands-on stock handling and customer service during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process stock to a high standard – scanning, unpacking, hanging, size-cubing, and putting stock away
- Locate, pack, and promptly transfer stock in and out of the store
- Replenish the sales floor to ensure it is always fully stocked and well-presented
- Meet deadlines to deliver on time for customers
- Keep stockrooms and other operational areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Support across all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floor
- Offer fast, friendly service at all times and help customers find what they need
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and managers
- Take ownership of your own development and learning
There may also be opportunities to support other areas of the store.

Additional Information
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not typically sponsored under the Skilled Worker route due to required criteria. Candidates should consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
