We are looking for a Delivery Team Member to join our fast‑paced store team. The role involves efficiently processing stock so customers can find items quickly. Excellent customer service skills are essential when on the sales floor. Your attitude and dedication to our policies will be supported with training from day one.

Shift details: 16 hours per week: Tue 07:00‑14:00; Thu 09:00‑12:00; Sat 07:00‑14:00.

About the Role:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away.
  • Ensure all stock is presented beautifully and placed correctly on the sales floor or in the stockrooms.
  • Keep operational areas clean, tidy and organised.
  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
  • Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
