Overview

Team Member (Delivery) – Solihull (N98845) at Next. 6.50 hrs per week; Sun 07:30 – 14:30. Flexible working options available. You will be part of a fast-paced store team, focusing on efficiently processing products so they are available to customers quickly, and delivering outstanding customer service when on the sales floor. We invest in your development from day one and support company policies and procedures.

What’s the role

To be a successful Delivery Team Member you will ensure stock is available for customers by:

  • Accurately processing stock quickly and to a high standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away
  • Ensuring stock is presented correctly on the sales floor or stored away in stockrooms
  • Keeping operational areas clean, tidy and organized
  • Offering fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas, as needed on the sales floor
  • Working as part of the store team and reporting to a Coordinator or Manager

Work Eligibility

In line with Home Office guidance, successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement. This role is not typically sponsorable under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level.
