About The Role
As a Team Leader at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
- Customer Experience – delivering an exceptional customer experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing customers with expert advice on bra fitting, understanding their size and recommending suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of products, assisting customers in finding what they need and discovering new items.
- Lead by Example – energising the team, ensuring each shift runs smoothly, maintaining high brand standards and delivering a personalised experience for every customer.
- Store Targets – supporting the management team to achieve key KPIs across the store, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
- Store Standards – maintaining front‑and‑back store standards, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting loss prevention and adhering to health.
