Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
  • Create an environment where commercial success, operational efficiency, and safety are core.
  • Take a hands‑on approach to all operational and commercial activities.
  • Work as part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, identifying opportunities and adding value to the brand.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date communication to meet business needs.
