About the Role:
To be a successful Store Manager you will:
- Lead and inspire your team to be their best
- Provide an atmosphere where delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets and accurate stock processes is at the core of everything you do, in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient and safe
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational and commercial activities alongside the team
- Form part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, playing a part in the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value
- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs

About You:

- You have exceptional commercial understanding, with the know how to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers

- Confidently problem solve, make sound business decisions, challenge processes and generate innovative ideas to take the business forward
- Experienced in leading and coaching a high performing team and effectively dealing with people issues
- An effective multi tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise your workload
