Shift details: 21.75 hrs per week; Sun 09:30 – 17:00; Tue 07:00 – 12:00; Wed 09:00 – 15:00; Thu 11:00 – 15:30

As a Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise performance targets. The role supports growth of our online business and ensures customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment that meets targets.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team.
  • Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
