As a Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise performance targets. The role supports growth of our online business and ensures customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment that meets targets.
- Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
- Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
- Passionate about customers, people and products, with an energetic, motivating approach that creates a great work atmosphere.
