Shifts: Sun 08:00 – 11:00, Tue 13:30 – 19:00, Wed 10:30 – 15:30, Thu 07:00 – 10:00, Fri 12:30 – 19:00. Total 22 hours per week.

Role Overview

The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive the best online experience and service. You will lead a team to meet performance targets, manage stock processes, and ensure orders are fulfilled and returns processed promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment which is operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs.
