The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive the best online experience and service. You will support and encourage the team to meet performance targets, ensuring returns are processed quickly and stock is packaged and ready for fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in a safe, efficient environment that meets targets.
- Create an atmosphere of support, motivation and inspiration to help team members perform at their best.
- Take a hands‑on approach to commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
- You are passionate about customers, people and products, and your energetic approach motivates a great work atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly, calm, efficient, and able to work with people at all levels.
