Job Description
To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire the team, prioritise customer service and achieve performance targets. The role is fast‑paced, challenging, and rewarding, with flexibility and investment in personal development.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and run the store when needed.
- Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient and safe environment, meeting targets.
- Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration for the team.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date communication to meet business needs.
