Salary: £25,630 - £29,411 (dependent on experience)

About the role:

NEXT's Occupational Health and Wellbeing team is recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Advisor. Reporting to the Occupational Health Manager, this individual will support the delivery of the Health and Wellbeing strategy for NDL to provide a culture of health and wellbeing that supports NEXT's people ambition. This role will focus on employee engagement of warehouse and distribution colleagues in health and wellbeing campaigns to promote initiatives to employees so that they can be their best selves at home and work. Representation in both internal and external forums is also part of the role and therefore a solid knowledge of relevant local, national and global trends is required.

The Health & Wellbeing Advisor will be required to attend Health & Wellbeing meetings, where they will assist in drafting content and completing assigned actions. Additionally, the Advisor will procure information, explore new initiatives, and provide analytical insights and data evaluations to determine outcomes and successes.

About you:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for people and engagement. While prior Health & Wellbeing experience is not essential, we are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and experience in employee engagement. Experience in a distribution or retail setting is also preferable.

  • People-Centric: Strong networking and people skills are essential for this collaborative role.
